

How many passengers can be aboard the boat?
The U.S. Coast Guard limits us to Six (6) passengers in total, this includes children.

Is there a restroom aboard the boat?
NO! There is a public restroom where you will be parking and we highly recommend you use it prior to boarding.

Do you supply life vests?
Yes, we carry Type-1 commercial PFD's for both adults and children. The vessel is equipped with all U.S. Coast Guard mandatory safety equipment.

Can we bring drinks and food?
Adult passengers 21 and over are more than welcome to bring any of their own food and beverage on board. This also includes alcohol beverages, but we ask that you drink responsibly and in moderation. No glassware and no hard alcohol allowed. We reserve the right to end a cruise immediately for any disrespectful behavior and you will not receive a refund.

Is smoking allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed on the boat; we do allow vaping. No drugs of any kind allowed aboard the boat.

Are pets allowed?
Sorry, animals of any kind or need are not allowed onboard the boat.

Can we go swimming during the tour?
No. All passengers will remain on the boat for the duration of our tours.

Sunscreen and bug repellent Use
Sunscreens and bug ‘sprays’ and ‘oils’ are not allowed to be used aboard the boat because they are extremely damaging to boat components and eyewear. Please apply them, if needed, prior to boarding and away from the boat. Sunscreen and bug repellent ‘creams’ are allowed.
